What is included
1. In-house consultation
We will start by visiting your home and discuss what the scope of works would be. After the visit we will share with you the site visit minutes.
2. Mood Board
We will create a mood board with inspirational images to help translate the vision into a design. this is the base from which we will further develop the concept
3. Colour advise
On the floor plan we will advise on the color for the wall or potential wall paper options. you will receive the correct color codes and wallpaper instruction.
4. Floor plan lay-out
A new floor plan lay-out will be developed to try and maximize the functionality of the space
5. 2D elevations
2D elevations will be prepared to help you understand the design and to indicate the project details.
6. 3D visuals
3D renders will help to visualize the space.
7. Bespoke joinery
In the event of bespoke joinery we will provide 2D elevations and 3D volume studies
8. lighting plan and electrical plan
A space is nothing without proper lighting. we will prepare a floorpan showing new lighting points and electrical point. we do recommend for more in-depth lighting plans to work with a lighting specialist.
9. Home styling
The best way to get most out of your refreshment package is to combine it with the home styling package
10. Window treatment
We should not forget the window treatment, we will advise on color and material and share the necessary references
11. Material samples
We will provide material sample boards to help with the material selections
12. Design management
To help you with the execution we offer a design management add-on to the design development.
