We are looking for a highly motivated, young and dynamic person with a passion for warm minimalistic design to join our team!
If you have experience in residential design, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Our ideal candidate is someone who has worked on projects from concept to completion, demonstrating the ability to work independently and collaboratively with design and fit-out teams in a client-facing role.
Experience: 2 to 3 years in the UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative interior designs and concepts.
- Create mood boards and material boards to communicate design ideas.
- Produce detailed 2D elevations and floor plans.
- Create 3D renderings (not a must)
- Source and select appropriate materials and finishes for projects.
- Prepare and manage schedules and Bills of Quantities (BOQ's).
- Coordinate with contractors and carpenters to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Create and manage snag lists to address any issues or deficiencies.
Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor degree in interior design or interior architecture
- Design talent with a passion for warm minimalistic design.
- Proficiency in Vectorworks, AutoCAD, Canva, design files, or equivalent programs for drawing production, mood boards, and presentation material.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset, effective team player.
- Assertive and motivated to achieve results.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
- Good time management skills and flexibility to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Driving license
